Root carved crafts is more and more welcomed to use in American family in recent years. We use sanmu (the tree like fir but growth in south of China ) root to create these products such as basket, bowls, plate, vases...
Our artiscians carve these products completely by their imagination and according to the root shape. We could say there is no two works are same just like huma's fingerprint. They are looked very unique, natural, artistry. So they could be used as decoration in your house but aslo household articles. However, some consumers suffered cracking problem after they used more then 4-6 monthes, it is because of that we do not know the dry way to root, we learnt relevant knowleage from wood scientist in agriculture university that we must consider its character of this tree and root, now we improved dry way by his direction. After many times test, since jan. 2006, we have found the best way to avoid cracking problem. Now we can assure that we can control the percentage of cracking below 8%. We promise to refund you if percentage of cracking would be over 8%. It is our different with other supplier.
Morever we always do quality inspection very strictly, to pick out any one problem products during we inspecting them one by one.
